Marinated Fajita Meat

Ingredients:

  • yellow mustard powder

  • onion powder

  • crushed garlic

  • 1/3 cup soy sauce

  • olive oil

  • lots of pepper

  • dried parsley flakes

  • cumin (just a little bit - this may not belong, I can't remember)



Instructions:


combine all marinade ingredients, cover 1-2 lbs fajita meat for 1 - 24 hours to marinate. Sautee fajita meat in ghee (don't overcook)


Side dish:

Deglaze the pan with dry white wine between batches, and cook chopped green cabbage. Cook more cabbage in any remaining marinade.
