Liver Sliders

Ingredients:
Sliders:
chicken or duck liver
Worcestershire sauce
minced onion
I clove garlic (squeezed)
Dried mustard powder
Paprika
Salt & peppa
VARIATION:
add
ground beef, or 50/50 burger + 1 egg (has not been tried with this combo but would likely be amazing)
Serve with Sliders:
2 large onions
Large green bell pepper
2 fresh jalapeños
BBQ sauce (ideally homemade)
chipotle or garlic aioli (optional)
Some type of bun
Instructions:
Soak liver in milk for 20 minutes (removes any bitterness)
Dice liver into small pieces (size of a lego or slightly smaller)
Combine with small minced onion and egg as binder + salt and a little pepper + small splash of Worcestershire sauce and coconut aminos
Form into small patties that will fit well on the bun
Sautee on high heat in ghee or other cooking fat
Comments
