Buttered Garlic Lentils

Ingredients:
6 cups bone broth
2 cups Green Puy Lentils (or any lentil, I used green)
1 large yellow onion
10 large cloves garlic (1 bulb)
2 large carrots
salt, pepper
1 pound tiny potatoes (or diced gold/red potatoes)
large dump of cumin
large dump of paprika
5 stalks celery
Grass-fed butter
Garnish:
- Parsley, sprinkle of hemp hearts, splash of paprika
Instructions:
Dice onion and sauté in butter in the pot you'll use for the lentils until slightly caramelized (sprinkle in some salt while sautéing)
Add all other ingredients except celery and butter, bring to a boil, then put on low.
Squeeze 2 cloves of garlic and stir in 1/2 stick butter (or to taste).
Garnish with parsley
Taste:
Tastes like garlic bread in lentil form :D
