Brazilian Cloud Bread

Ingredients:

150ml of sunflower oil

150ml of water

150ml of milk

500g of “polvilho azedo” (you can get it in a Brazilian shop)

1 tsp of salt

3 eggs

200 of grated cheese (of your preference)

25g of parmesan cheese

Instructions

pre hear the oven to 180 degrees for AT LEAST 25 minutes (this is the most important step)

boil the oil, milk and water, mix the salt and the polvilho on a bowl, then add the salt and the “polvilho azedo” on the wet mix when the wet mix is boiling.

wait for it to cool down until you can put your fingers on it…put the eggs in and mix it with your hands until it creates a thick enough dough (it’s gonna be a bit sticky) add in the cheeses, butter up your hands and make the little balls…put it in the oven on a buttered tray and until it gets golden ;D
